Blue Ridge BBQ Enterprises LLC, is a family business that was formed in 2010; although we've been cooking bbq for family and friends for a long time thanks to 25 plus years in the restaurant business.
We originally concentrated on our daily concession business along with some weekend festivals. As our business grew we began booking more caterings and less festivals. We have since added additional equipment and staff to handle the large amount of events that we cater annually. We specialize in hickory smoked meats prepared in custom made cookers as well as fresh homemade side dishes. We are completely mobile and flexible when it comes to your concession and catering needs. We accommodate small or large groups with the same professional approach and high quality results. We have plenty of satisfied repeat clients if references are needed.
